Rich Chocolate, Warm Caramel, Toasted Marshmallow....
I am still amazed at the simplicity and pureness behind Atlanta Bartlett's style...I find so many elements that speak so differently...soothing, rustic, vintage and feminine. I find these traits to be particularly wonderful for the first day of Autumn and sorta urges me into a cozy mood, however, it is a bit difficult when it is 90 degrees where I live.....
What are your plans for this Fall season? How is the weather where you live? And one thing I would love to know, what are you collecting these days? I am really into the antique French chocolate molds right now, there are a couple on Etsy that I simply cannot wait to get my hands on =) Have a lovely week dears! Xo, Ashley

ReplyDeleteI really like Atlanta Bartlett's style too. She has a wonderful mix, doesn't she? I am not a HUGE holiday decorator like some people, so I'm just "going with the flow". I just use what catches my eye at the time and not worry about it. I know that goes completely against what most bloggers do. ha! I say if it's still hot outside, hold off. Otherwise it will feel like "Christmas in July". You know what I mean? It is just now getting chilly here. However, it is still warm enough for shorts and flip flops during the day. Maybe that's why I'm not motivated yet either.

ReplyDeleteI am always on the lookout for candles. I burn them all the time but this time of year is the best time of year to burn candles and enjoy the fall colors with the beautiful candlelight.
