I have made a post about this before, what's your style? I for one admire so many styles, but something about the Scandinavian design makes my heart flutter, I beam with happiness at the soft appeal and light, soft pastels and of course the all-white interiors. I long for the days that have passed, for simple luxuries, such as a candle or crisp white linens, vintage crowns, sheer drapes, anything that may speak to me in a way the Scandinavian farmhouse does. My Grandmother, Dorothy Lauretta, was from Norway and maybe in some way I have accumalted her sense of style, I feel very connected to my heritage and it makes me who I am today and instills values within me that I teach my children. My Great-Grandmother Lillian (Dorothy's Mother) was born in Germany and my Great-Grandfather Edwin Moe (Dorothy's Father) was from Norway. I love the history!! Anyhow, on to the pictures....

There are very many styles in the Scandinavian design too, anything from elegant to rustic and everything in between, either way, I love it all and I thank my family for that. I wish you all a lovely day, Xo, Ashley

What a wonderful heritage you have Ashley!! I love this style too, but my favorite right now is a relaxed French farmhouse. I can't get enough of it:)
